Human dignity and unborn life
Every human being bears God's image; worth never depends on age, health, ability, race, income, usefulness, citizenship, or agreement with us. Human life deserves protection from its earliest stage, so we regard abortion as normally morally wrong. We also offer truth, practical care, mercy, forgiveness, and a real path forward. See Genesis 1:27, Psalm 139:13-16, and Jude 2.
Marriage, sexuality, and singleness
Marriage is God's covenantal union of one man and one woman, intended for lifelong faithfulness. Sexual intimacy belongs within that covenant. Chastity outside marriage and fidelity within it protect people. Singleness is a faithful Christian vocation, not a lesser life. See Genesis 2:24, Mark 10:6-9, and 1 Corinthians 7.
Male, female, and gender
Male and female are meaningful realities of embodied creation, not merely identities we invent. We will not redefine the body to follow every feeling, and we will not use conviction as permission for ridicule, cruelty, fear, or rejection. Truth and compassion belong together. See Genesis 1:27 and Matthew 19:4-6.
Divorce, abuse, pornography, and addiction
Divorce should never be treated casually. When relationships fracture, especially through betrayal or abuse, the church should pursue truth, safety, accountability, wise counsel, and restoration where restoration is genuinely possible. Pornography and addiction call for repentance, honesty, community, and often skilled professional help. See Mark 10:1-12 and James 5:16.
